You will be hard-pressed to hear that there is no refund and no cancellation policy!

  • As per the policy, there is no refund and no cancellation policy.
  • Once the customer paid the due amount for the subscription he/she cannot cancel the subscription in any circumstances.
  • Once the customer has paid the subscription money he/she will receive an email regarding the same to make sure there is no misinterpretation.
  • In case, the customer has paid excess money than the prescribed/given amount due to any technical issues he/she will get a refund of the excess amount.
  • If the customer uses the discount coupon code while subscribing and due to any technical issues he/she didn't receive the discount. The discount will be credited to the customer's account below:

Cancellation Policy

Once the customer paid the due amount for the subscription, he/she cannot cancel the subscription in any circumstances.

  • In case, the customer has paid excess money than the prescribed/given amount due to any technical issues he/she will get a refund of the excess amount.
  • In case of any Payment Error, due to any network communication/connectivity problems, if your registration/confirmation form does not get registered and the amount of USD/INR has been debited from your account, the same will not be refunded back to your account. Instead, you'll receive a mail for the successful subscription to our portal.
  • If the customer uses the discount coupon code while subscribing and due to any technical issues he/she didn't receive the discount. The discount will be credited to the customer's account.

Return Policy

  • In case, the customer has paid excess money than the prescribed/given amount due to any technical issues he/she will get a refund of the excess amount.
  • But the complete amount of Subscription will not be returned, as the subscription cannot be cancelled, once taken.

Membership policy

We want you to have an uninterrupted experience with your Restroworld Services, so your organization and users always have the benefits of our Maintenance/Support, Subscription.

  • The Restroworld Subscription of the due amount will be valid for 1 year, and it is to be renewed annually, to get continued services.
  • There are a few easy steps that you should follow for a simple, on time renewal (listed below).
  • Around 90-120 days prior to the End Date of your current Maintenance/Support, Subscription term, you will receive a quote which includes:
    1. Maintenance/Support for the Restroworld Subscription currently expiring.
    2. Co-termination for all applicable renewals.
    3. Term Start and End dates for the current term; and
    4. The renewal pricing.
  • The renewal quote will provide pricing for at least a 12-month Maintenance/Support, Subscription. If you prefer multi-year renewal, please contact us through our mail: [email protected]
  • Timely response when you receive a new quote for the upcoming renewal activity
  • Provide a credit card, ACH wire transfer, or PO prior to the current period’s expiration.
  • Ensure payment is made on or before the End Date of the current term
